Network Outage Register
This register lists all resolved major and significant local network outages affecting Zero3 Communications customers, published in accordance with the Telecommunications (Customer Communications for Outages) Industry Standard 2024. Outages resolved on or after 31 March 2026 are included.
About this register: Under Australian law, telecommunications providers are required to publish
information about major outages (100,000+ services nationally) and significant local outages
(250+ services in remote areas lasting 3+ hours, or 1,000+ services in regional areas lasting 6+ hours).
